My approach is trauma-informed wellness, deeply rooted in the belief that through community and sisterhood, we can all return to a state of wholeness, regardless of our history. Incorporating practices like yoga and somatics, along with sound healing, enhances this journey towards balance and healing.

I’ve been obsessed with wellness for as long as I can remember. For a long time, that looked like being a total "gym junkie", pushing my limits & focusing on the external.
But life had other plans. When Endometriosis & chronic pain took over my life, the high-impact world I knew was no longer an option.
In that space of pain & frustration, I found my true calling. I turned toward Yoga, Pilates, & Somatic movement, sound therapy, not just to "exercise," but to heal. I moved from pushing my body to listening to it.
That shift changed everything.
Now, I am on a deep dive into the world of Embodiment. I am currently completing a refreshed Yoga Teacher Training & am about to begin my journey to become a certified Embodiment Coach. My practice has evolved from the gym floor to the soul, & I am here to help you do the same.

Based in Sandbach, Cheshire, I offer local classes, workshops, & 1-1 collaborations.
